Implementing continuous learning and improvement in work processes is the first step. Moving people and keeping them moving turns out to be a challenge. Not least because the focus is often more on the process than on the people.
Strange, because if we go to the cradle of Continuous learning and improvement, then in Toyota's production system (TPS) – the management principles we know today as Lean – the focus on people is striking. We can't deny it: Lean is a process run by people.
We must and want to perform better and have toolboxes full of modern management theories. Valuable piece by piece! Also the Lean toolboxes. How Company consciously chooses to add value to Lean processes, in which the human factor is central.
We are convinced that this more people-oriented approach to continuous learning and improvement ensures real and sustainable growth.
Within many organizations, continuous learning and improvement is used as a method for process optimization. Less attention is paid to how you involve people in this transition. Our partners in the implementation of Continuous learning and improvement therefore call our contribution 'the missing link'.
Do you and your organization or as a Lean professional yourself want to know more about how to involve people more in continuous learning and improvement, then you can do so with the input from our programs...
Start considering yourself as a source of possibilities.
