Why is it for you? People have their own communication style preference. When there is a mismatch of styles cooperation breaks down very quickly. We teach you to recognize and apply the four main styles. You will learn what style you usually use using and how you can respond to the style of your conversation partner. This gives you, both business and private, more understanding for each other and conversations run smoothly.
