My strength as a leader

For over 20 years, we have offered leaders in organizations the Leadership for Excellence program – a training that helps you discover and develop your authentic leadership style. Over the years, the training has evolved alongside societal and professional developments, while the core and name remained unchanged.

Until now. The human challenges of today call for a new name – one that honors the training and reflects its essence. As of January 1, 2025, our leadership training will be called: My Strength as a Leader.
