With the founding of How Company in 2003, the Communication for Excellence training was also launched. The fact that this program still exists highlights its strength. Over the years, the training has evolved alongside societal and professional developments, though its core and name have remained unchanged.

Until now. The human challenges of today call for a new name – one that honors the training and reflects its essence. As of January 1, 2025, we renamed our personal leadership training My Human Strength.
